Take a Sabbatical

Once you have your processes in place and measured and improved the crucial items that enable your company to run well even when you aren’t there, then it’s time to test the waters. Do you have the right people in the right roles? Have you mentored and coached them sufficiently? Are they adequately trained to do their jobs?
